課程概述 |
蔬菜與人類生活及健康密切相關，由園藝專業正確認識各蔬菜種類，教授重要蔬菜之植物特性、生產技術與其理論依據，使同學了解試驗研究與產業發展的關係、珍惜自然界的生態平衡與資源的維護。 |
|
課程目標 |
建立學生對蔬菜的基本觀念，培養學生蔬菜栽培與未來研究蔬菜生長發育之核心能力。 |
